Terms and Conditions

1. Business customers only

These terms govern the use of 6ops and subscriptions purchased from KALIROX AS ("we", "us"). We sell only to companies and other business customers acting for business purposes. We do not offer consumer subscriptions. By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorised to bind the purchasing business and that the purchase is for that business, not for personal or household use. The business is the customer and is responsible for its authorised users.

2. What the service does

6ops helps teams record expenses, receipts, accounts, cash handovers and responsibilities. It is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment institution, accounting adviser or financial adviser. It does not hold customer funds, connect to bank accounts or execute the money movements recorded by your team. The workspace assistant may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Review original records and obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on an answer or making a business decision.

3. Plans and authorised users

Each subscription covers one company workspace. Team (Ekip) includes up to 15 active users, including the owner, for 99 USD per month or 999 USD per year. Business (İşletme) includes up to 50 active users, including the owner, for 249 USD per month or 2499 USD per year. Both plans include the same features. Accounts and access must not be shared outside the subscribing business.

4. Trial, payment and renewal

An eligible account's first workspace includes a 7-day trial for up to 15 users without a payment card. Invitations, reinstalling the app, deleting and recreating an account, or creating another workspace do not restart the trial. A cardless trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased on the 6ops website. Stripe processes payment details, charges and invoices. We do not receive your full card number. All listed prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. The billing interval, total payable and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Norwegian VAT is added where legally required. Eligible cross-border business supplies may be subject to reverse charge under the applicable rules; the customer is responsible for accounting for such tax. Customers must provide accurate business, billing address and tax identification details. The paid subscription starts when checkout is completed, including if you choose to purchase before your trial ends. Annual subscriptions are charged in one payment: 999 USD for Team or 2499 USD for Business, plus applicable taxes. They are not monthly instalments. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. A failed or unverified payment does not grant or extend paid access.

5. Cancellation and billing support

The company account owner can use My account → Manage subscription & invoices to cancel the next renewal and view invoices. Cancellation at the end of the paid period preserves access until that period ends. Signing out, uninstalling the app or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel recurring billing. Before deleting the billing owner's account, resolve any pending checkout and cancel recurring billing or arrange an ownership handover with support. Contact support@6ops.com about billing errors or refund requests. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of the information entered by your team, the permissions you assign, account security, approvals, financial decisions, record-retention obligations and independent copies of records you need to retain. Do not upload unlawful material, misuse another person's information, evade access limits, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. You retain your rights in your business records and permit us and our service providers to process them as necessary to provide and protect the service.

7. Availability and warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. You must assess whether the service meets your business requirements. We do not guarantee particular financial, operational or business outcomes. Third-party services, network failures, maintenance and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

8. Exclusion of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KALIROX AS excludes liability for loss, damage, cost or claims arising from or relating to the use of, reliance on, interruption of, or inability to use 6ops. This includes loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, savings or data; incorrect or incomplete records; assistant outputs; decisions made using the service; user actions; and third-party failures, whether the claim is based on contract, negligence or another legal basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable law prevents exclusion, or mandatory data-protection rights and obligations. Where an exclusion is not enforceable, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not override non-excludable statutory rights.

9. Privacy, access and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. The customer is responsible for giving its users appropriate information and having a lawful basis for business records it submits. We may restrict access where a trial or paid period has ended, payment remains unverified, an account is compromised, or use is unlawful or materially breaches these terms. Shared records and audit history may need to be retained after a user's account is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. We will communicate material changes to subscription terms or pricing before they apply to a subsequent renewal; changes will not retrospectively increase the price of an already-paid period. Contact us first to resolve a dispute. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
